hey it's Katie! today I m going to talk about what I would do if I was president during 9/11.  Once I found out about it I would call in everyone including the military, the firefighters, the police, and anyone else who was willing to help. I would try to help by getting people out of places that were getting attacked.  It would probably be hard to get them out with all those secret service men around me, though. That's what I would do if I was president on 9/11  

What I feel About the Bombing of the Church in Birmingham, Alabama

I think that it was very stupid and sad that the Ku Klux Klan Bombed The Baptist church in Birmingham, Alabama.  Just because they didn't like black people doesn't mean they have to be violent about it! I think it wasn't fair because four little children died. I'm really glad that that doesn't happen anymore!

What is the single most important thing you feel that shows kindness?

The thing that show kindness the most for me is when someone compliments any thing you do, like maybe when someone's playing a sport you would say, "Good job!" or when someone gets a good grade on a test say, "Wow, you're good at that!" This might not be the most important thing for you, but it is for me! I think we should show all people kindness!

Byron Thinks that he is all that, cool, and better than everyone else. Everyone knows that he can be a softie at sometimes, but they don't tell him. Especially Kenny. The reason why id because if Byron heard Kenny saying, "its okay, Byron." he would beat him up. I would watch out!

            There is another person I know like that. His name is Sponge Bob. I don't like what he acts like because whenever he gets something he'll be bragging, and when others get something he'll say something like, "Oh whatever." or "that's stupid" I really think he could be a nice person if he didn't think too highly of himself. I do not want to turn out like him!

In the book my class is reading, The Watson's go to Birmingham, there is a dare devil guy named Byron. Byron is a teenager who thinks he's all cool and buff, like any other ordinary teenage guy would think. In today's reading, Byron gave himself a bit of a haircut. The book described it as a Konk, which is when you spike your hair up REALLY high and it doesn't come down for awhile. He looked liked "Bozo" from the circus. you might think that that is enough, but to make it worse,he also colored it. He said it somehow looked cool.

If I ever did that to my hair without permission, I wouldn't konw what would happen. First, my mom would yell at me, second my dad would spank me, and third my sellf esteem would go down .
